For clients electing investment management services provided by SPS, ADP’s investment platform is divided into “Tiers.” Tiers consist of investment options that make payments to ADP or its affiliates other than SPS within a set range of compensation, in the form of 12b-1 fees, shareholder servicing fees, or similar fees. ADP takes this compensation into account in setting its fees for recordkeeping services. Your selection of a Tier thus is a decision about some or all of the compensation to be received by ADP in connection with its services to your plan.
